So, maybe Britney thought "Ok, now I'm a pop princes, so I can do whatever I want" and she recorded this.
This is why the rock fans want to kill the pop fans.
I don't even wanna dance this song!!!! If it wasn't a cover of The Rolling Stones, I would hate it anyway.

Stones miles ahead of Brittney. Can think of many versions that are better then her effort. Check out Otis Redding's version from Otis blue in 1965.

Well, I give her credit for wanting to try a real rock song, and I give her credit for all the pop stuff she has done, but this wasn't really a good concept for a cover. She could do good things with other Stones tunes - I think her persona would fit "Missin' You" or "As Tears Go By", and she could be pretty steamy in a version of "Let's Spend The Night Together" ... I'd pay money for that one!

Well, the title of the BS album on which this cover track appears begins with the word "Oops." That's an understatement. The only thing worse is her inane later cover of "I Love Rock and Roll." BS is no Joan Jett, that's for sure. Stick to the bubble gum and leave the rock to the rockers.
