I personally like every version of "Hey Joe" I have ever heard...but...still my fav...is the first version recorded by The Leaves, before their "hit" single. I think we can just all get along here!

Hendrix's version was taken at the pace a song like "Hey Joe" deserved. All other versions, whether by the Leaves, the Byrds, Love or whomever pale in comparison.
