American Woman
Both are good songs but I tend to prefer the Kravitz version. The intended distortion at the end gets a little annoying, but it still rocks more than the original.

There are sooooo many reasons for Lenny to lose. For one, the context of the song becomes useless... Um, hello? The Guess Who were Canadian?! And despite my attempts to avoid stereotypes, you have to admit Lenny's version is "whiter"...

Gods, Kravitz made this song boring. He usually knows how to present a plodding rocker likes this, but this version is awful.
