Sympathy For the Devil
Both good but Guns n' Roses has slash and is amazin guitar solo while keith richards isn't very outgoing in this track.
Both have annoying singers but gotta say that axl rose does better. And with the higher bass frequencies ,thanks to Duff with his high treble bass sounds, it also makes it sound fuller and more dynamic.

Back in the 60's we had a band in Malta called The Lost Sound.
They were cencored during a TV show and were asked to change the part - I've been around with Jesus Christ to I've been around with Mary Lou. They were really popular in Malta. Anyway my comments are The Rolling Stones gave us lots of entertainment back in the 60's till this date. I do enjoy hearing and seeing Guns and Roses and was really amazed by their version of Sympathy for the Devil.
Indeed I have become one of their latest fans at the age of 57. I do not wish to comment as to who is doing what best as comparissons are envious. Both bands succeeded to entertain their audience. ENJOY THEM BOTH

- anton jr, stockholm, Sweden, 19.06.2008 |
first of all his name is axl, not axel. second, fuck off and stop pretending you know shit all when guns n roses is obviously one of the best bands in the history of music, while the stones are complete shit and they just rip off other peoples musical styles. At least gnr started something new. Third, gnr is NOT dead, if anything the stones are, so shutup.

About Chinese Democracy: that will never come. That is why the so-called album to come was called that. They could have named it world peace, that will never come too.

you people who think Guns n Roses version is better are fools. it doesn't compare. The stones kick ass on this track. axl sounds like shit as usual and slash is okay. pretty good for a guitar wanker. theres no soul from the GnR. Also the rest of their songs suck too.
