I fought the law is a nice little song. I like the version by The Clash a little bit better. I think the guitar play by The Clash does this song good. But the versions are not so completely different. Bobby Fuller also did a good job with his song.

well to be honest i think Mike Ness sang this song better then the Clash and Bobby Fuller every did! and i have to admit tho Hank Jr. did sing it good .. also Waylon Jennings sang it good too ... but Mike Ness sang it better version tho!

Ever since I first heard this song by the Bobby Fuller Four, it has remained one of my favorites. While playing in bands in my teens, it was always on our song list. He died too soon. Who knows what greatness he/they could have achieved.
